| Customer Reviews: Just what I needed August 23, 2010 oneupbeatlady This sunshade is just what it says it is. It covers a good amount of the window and stays put.
Too Small & Too Cheap August 5, 2010 J. Cozine (The Dirty Jerz) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Ordered these as they appeared to be the best option other than the "over the window" versions (which do not allow a complete window seal causing annoying wind noise). First, they are very easy to install. However, that's pretty much where the positives end. They are very small and only cover about about 50% of the rear side windows of my mid-size sedan. I can't imagine these would cover more than a third of a large minivan or SUV window. After a few days use, the corners have curled up all the way back to the suction cups. This lends them to an appearance even cheaper than when new. Lastly, they have fallen off several times in the span of only a couple of weeks. They will not be going back on after the next time. Looks like it's back to the old "over the window" shades.
Works, but fragile August 20, 2009 A. H. Denson (Alexandria, VA) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
The sunshade works, but it ripped the first time I rolled down the window (failing to pay attention). It does the job and is cheap, but I wish it were a bit sturdier.
I don't have a child but this is a great help in the summer when it hits 100 degrees June 25, 2009 Louie's Mom (Dallas) 8 out of 10 found this review helpful
I am having to park in an open lot this summer while my employer builds a parking garage. I have an excellent sun shade for the dash, but wanted something to put on the driver and passenger side windows (which get sun from the west) during the day. This morning after I parked I was able to easily apply one to the driver window, then opened the back door and applied one to the rear driver side window.
Since I'm only using them during the day I didn't try to apply them neatly/with no bubbles, so I can't comment on that. However, they are thick, don't need suction cups, and are easy to apply. For me they are a great help this summer.
Too small... May 30, 2008 Patricia Silva Ricci (Caracas, Venezuela) 11 out of 12 found this review helpful
Very small for the average size window. The sun light peeks through on my child's face during some hours of the day. Should be bigger.
